Every value in Kokoro is experienced twice — first through reflection, then through practice.
Japanese moral education encourages children to explore what values such as honesty, kindness, fairness, and gratitude mean through stories, dialogue, and reflection. Indian traditions provide rich opportunities to put those values into action through discipline, service, perseverance, and responsibility.
A child doesn't simply learn what kindness means. They think about it, experience it in everyday life, and gradually make it part of how they relate to others.
Across grades, these experiences unfold through different value clusters, moving from standing for what’s right in Grade 3 to emotional wisdom by Grade 5, helping children develop self-awareness, empathy, thoughtful judgment, courage, and a commitment to contributing to others and their communities.
